Omnito Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the standards of conduct for all users of the Omnito platform and services. It is designed to ensure the security, reliability, and privacy of our multi-tenant environment and AI-driven scheduling tools.
2. Data Privacy and “Least Privilege”
To protect the platform, you agree NOT to:
- Breach Isolation: Attempt to bypass multi-tenant security boundaries to access data belonging to other customers.
- Unauthorized Testing: Conduct any vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or load testing without prior written authorization from Omnito.
- Abuse Resources: Use any automated system (including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers”) to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software or the underlying logic of the Omnito AI models.
3. AI Safety & Trustworthy Usage
When utilizing Omnito’s AI features (e.g., the Chatbot), the following restrictions apply:
- No Professional Advice: You may not use the AI to generate or provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
- No High-Stakes Automation: You may not use AI for fully automated decision-making in “high-stakes” scenarios (e.g., credit scoring, employment eligibility) without mandatory human review.
- Input Integrity: You are prohibited from intentionally “poisoning” or manipulating AI models by providing false or malicious data meant to bias or “jailbreak” the system’s safety filters.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use the AI to generate content that is defamatory, deceptive, or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or disability.
4. Data Privacy & Customer Responsibility
- Least Privilege: In accordance with Omnito’s “Least Privilege” model, you shall not provide the service with more data than is required for its function (strictly limited to User IDs and Free/Busy calendar info).
- Human Accountability: You acknowledge that while AI assists in conversation and scheduling, the Customer is the ultimate decision-maker. You remain responsible for the accuracy of bookings and the appropriateness of communications sent to your end-users.
- Credential Protection: You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and utilizing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
5. Monitoring, Reporting, and Enforcement
- Continuous Monitoring: Omnito monitors system telemetry for performance drift, security threats, and AUP violations.
- Incident Reporting: If you identify a security flaw or an AI performance anomaly, you must report it immediately to [email protected].
- Suspension: Omnito reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service or specific AI features immediately if a violation of this AUP is detected.
6. Policy Updates
This AUP is reviewed annually and updated as the regulatory landscape for AI and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) evolves. Continued use of Omnito after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
