Designed to meet U.S. enterprise security expectations — trusted globally.

Omnito is built and operated from the United States, with security, privacy, and compliance controls designed to protect customers worldwide, including across Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Data security

Customer data is stored and processed using modern, enterprise-grade database systems. All data and backups are encrypted at rest using strong encryption (AES-256), with encryption keys securely managed. All Omnito applications are HTTPS-only, and data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher.

Calendar integrations use secure, server-to-server authentication and official APIs. Omnito accesses only the minimum calendar data required to provide real-time availability during scheduling.

Data protection is governed under U.S.-based security and contractual safeguards, with additional controls applied where regional regulations require it, including GDPR, PIPEDA, and Australian Privacy Principles.

Software security

Omnito follows a secure software development lifecycle that embeds security and privacy into every phase of product design, development, testing, release, and ongoing support.

Our products undergo regular automated and manual vulnerability testing before and after release to maintain a strong security posture.

Engineering, product, and quality teams receive ongoing training on secure development practices, emerging threats, and attack surface reduction, including alignment with OWASP application security standards.

Omnito includes built-in security controls such as multi-factor authentication, account lockout protections, password policies, session timeouts, and booking abuse prevention using CAPTCHA and configurable controls.

Operational security

Omnito maintains a comprehensive security and privacy program that defines how risk management, audits, incident response, vendor oversight, business continuity, and disaster recovery are handled.

Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorized personnel based on least-privilege principles. All access is logged, monitored, and reviewed under U.S.-governed security policies, regardless of customer location.

Dedicated security and privacy teams oversee these programs and continuously monitor systems to detect, investigate, and respond to potential threats.

Infrastructure security and monitoring

Omnito services are hosted on leading cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, in secure, U.S.-based data centers with 24/7 physical security, monitoring, and access controls.

Infrastructure is regularly updated in accordance with provider recommendations and security advisories. Independent third-party security experts perform regular penetration testing to validate system hardening and resilience.

Advanced monitoring, analytics, and automated alerting are used to detect suspicious activity in real time. Potential issues are identified early, allowing vulnerabilities to be remediated quickly and incidents to be contained and addressed effectively.
