Omnito Chatbot AI Terms of Use

These Chatbot AI Terms (“AI Terms”) govern your use of the AI-powered chatbot features provided by Omnito. By activating or using the Omnito Chatbot, you agree to these terms in addition to our Master Subscription Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1. “Opt-In” Activation and Purpose

The Omnito Chatbot is an “Opt-In” feature. It is deactivated by default and must be explicitly enabled by a Customer Administrator. Its purpose is to assist with scheduling and customer conversations using “Trustworthy AI” principles:

  • Predictability: Designed to operate within defined parameters.
  • Transparency: Users are notified when they are interacting with an AI.
  • Human Oversight: Systems are monitored by human teams for performance drift.

2. Data Privacy and “Least Privilege”

  • Minimal Data Access: In alignment with our Trust Policies, the AI only accesses the minimal data necessary to function (e.g., Salesforce User IDs and Free/Busy calendar availability).
  • Data Isolation: Multi-tenant isolation ensures your data is never used to train models for other customers.
  • Encryption: All AI interactions are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

3. Third-Party AI Technology Partners

Omnito utilizes authorized third-party AI partners (such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI) to provide large language model processing.

  • Compliance: These partners are engaged under strict Data Protection Addendums (DPAs).
  • No Ownership: Third-party partners do not gain ownership of your data, and your data is not used by them to train public models.

4. Input and Output Responsibility

  • Input: Customer is solely responsible for all data, text, or files provided to the AI (“Input”).
  • Output: While Omnito strives for reliability, AI-generated responses (“Output”) are provided for informational and scheduling assistance. Customer assumes all risk for the use of any Output.
  • Non-Uniqueness: Due to the nature of machine learning, Outputs may not be unique across different user sessions or customers.

5. Prohibited Use and AI Safety

Users are strictly prohibited from using the Chatbot to:

  • Unauthorized Advice: Provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • Legal Obligations: Generate legally binding contracts or obligations.
  • Harmful Content: Generate or transmit hate speech, harassment, or misleading information.
  • Jailbreaking: Attempt to bypass the safety filters or “jailbreak” the underlying AI models.
  • Automated Decisions: Implement fully-automated decision-making in high-stakes scenarios without human review.

6. Human-in-the-Loop & “Barge-In” Rights

  • Monitoring: Customer Administrators have the right to monitor live AI conversations.
  • Manual Intervention: Authorized personnel may “barge in” to take over a conversation from the AI at any time to ensure accuracy or customer satisfaction.
  • Automated Decisions: Omnito reserves the right to suspend AI features if a failure or security risk is detected.

7. Feedback and Model Improvement

By providing feedback (e.g., “thumbs up/down” ratings), you grant Omnito a perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models.

8. Disclaimers

THE AI FEATURES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. Omnito makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of the Output for any specific purpose. Customers are encouraged to verify critical scheduling outcomes.
