1. Our Trust Commitment

Omnito believes that trust begins with transparency. Our privacy program is built on four core pillars:

  • Security: We maintain the security of our systems and operations daily.
  • Privacy: You own your data. We never access your private customer data without your explicit consent.
  • Availability: We offer a 100% uptime guarantee through our Premier+ service.
  • Compliance: Omnito is certified by globally recognized privacy and security frameworks.

2. Information We Process

We process information necessary to provide mission-critical scheduling and AI-enabled services:

  • Customer Data: Electronic data or information submitted by you to our services.
  • Calendar Data: We use secure industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocols to access basic calendar data, such as free/busy information.
  • AI System Data: Our AI models process client-scoped data to influence scheduling logic and customer-facing functionality.
  • Log Data: We collect and aggregate non-sensitive log data from our servers to proactively analyze and resolve threats or vulnerabilities.

3. How We Use and Protect Your Data

We process data solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services under the following standards:

  • Data Ownership: Omnito respects customer data ownership and follows a strict Customer Privacy Policy.
  • Minimal Storage: Our Public API only stores user IDs and free/busy availability. We do not store private contact details or sensitive event details like subjects and descriptions.
  • No Access Protocol: We offer a “Sandbox-Only” implementation where our team never gains access to your production environment or private customer data.
  • AI Ethics: All AI initiatives are reviewed for privacy, fairness, and potential bias before deployment. High-risk AI systems that process personal information undergo comprehensive risk assessments.

4. Security Architecture

We utilize “military-grade” security to ensure your data is protected against potential threats:

  • Infrastructure: Omnito applications are native to the Salesforce.com platform and utilize Amazon AWS.
  • Encryption: We use “HTTPS only” for all data in transit using the latest TLS standards. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
  • Human Oversight: We maintain strict internal controls, including mandatory security training for all personnel and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for our support teams.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Calendar Data: By default, we store a rolling 90-day window of free/busy information. This is deleted immediately if you disconnect calendar access.
  • Account Termination: Upon uninstallation of Omnito, all data is automatically deleted from our environment. AWS server data, including user IDs, is also purged.

6. Compliance and Rights

Omnito maintains continuous compliance with evolving privacy frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA. Our infrastructure meets rigorous standards, including:
