Clear, enforceable rights over your personal data.

How you can access, correct, restrict, object to, or delete personal data we process.

Intro & request handling

You have specific rights related to personal data that Omnito processes for its own business purposes as a data controller. These rights may vary depending on the privacy laws that apply to you and your location. Additional details are available in our Privacy Notice. In most cases, requests related to data entered by an organization must be handled by that organization as the data controller.

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, you can submit a request using the form below. If we’re unable to fulfill a request, we’ll explain why. We aim to respond within one month. For more complex requests, we may take additional time, but we’ll notify you in advance and explain the reason for any delay.

Your data rights

The right to access your data

You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and to receive details about the information we hold about you.

The right to correct your data

You can request corrections to personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete. If you have an Omnito account, you can update certain details directly in your account settings. Otherwise, you may submit a request and we will make the updates for you.

The right to restrict processing

In certain circumstances, you may request that we limit how your personal data is processed. This right depends on the type of data involved and the legal basis for processing. Requests can be submitted using the form below, and we will respond in accordance with applicable laws.

The right to object to processing

You may object to our processing of your personal data in specific situations. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. For other objections, you may submit a request explaining the reason for your objection, and we will assess it and respond accordingly.

The right to delete your data

You may request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances. When an account is deleted or terminated for payment failure, data is removed in accordance with our data retention policies. If deletion is not possible due to a legal or contractual obligation, we will explain the reason.

Data deletion requests & controller clarification

To request deletion of personal data, submit a request using the form below. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request to ensure your data is protected.

Please note that if you have never created an Omnito account, any interaction you’ve had with our products likely occurred through one of our customers who used Omnito to schedule a meeting with you. In that case, the customer is the data controller, and deletion requests should be directed to them.

Full details about data retention periods and deletion timelines are available in our Privacy Notice.
